1.1. Rental for 24 months, monthly rent is equal to selling price times 0.0260.
1.2. Rental for 48 months, monthly rent is equal to selling price times 0.0245.

2. Purchase after rental

2.1. Rental for 48 months, the lessee can own the lift truck by RMB1000.00,
2.2. Or, don’t own the lift truck, and get a return of 22% of the total rent.

 
3. purchase during rental

3.1. Rental for six months then to buy, 95% rent can offset a part of the amount of the purchase.

3.2. Rental for twelve months then to buy, 88% rent can offset a part of
       the amount of the purchase.

3.3. Rental for eighteen months then to buy, 80% rent can offset a part of the amount of the purchase.
